Will this GoPro model work while riding down the lake, at 70 mph on a Jet Ski, and if so - what accessories are needed to mount it to the Jet Ski?

Yes, the HERO9 Black is a great camera to use when on a jet ski. It's waterproof on its own down to 33 feet, so spray or even being submerged in shallow water won't be an issue. As for mounts and accessories, I would start with a Floaty. This will ensure that if the camera does come loose and fall into the water, you can recover it. You should also look at the Handler if you or a passenger want a handheld option. If you're looking to mount it to the jet ski, the adhesive mount that comes with the HERO9 Black is a good option, as is the Handlebar mount. For something wearable, take a look at the Chesty mount.

Is this water proof or water resistant? If so how well does it do in ocean waters

Yes, the HERO10 Black is waterproof on its own down to 33 feet. It handles ocean waves well. If you're going to be in a really active zone though, you might want to use a protective housing with the camera just to add some extra protection against rocks, sand, etc. Also, it's always a good idea to rinse the camera off with clean fresh water after using the camera in salt water.

Do you need a ss card for the GoPro

You will need to use a microSD card with the GoPro in order to save any photos or videos you shoot. For other functions that don't require you to save any of the recordings (ex. using the HERO11 Black as a webcam), the HERO11 Black will work fine with or without the SD card.
