The HERO7 Black is waterproof on its own down to 33 feet, so it doesn't come with a protective housing. It does come with a Frame though, so you can attach the GoPro to mounts. Included with the camera are adhesive mounts.

The battery for the HERO4 is a different design than the battery for the HERO5 and later cameras. This battery and charger will not work with the HERO4.

how many hours can it last?

Battery life will depend on the settings you choose. Higher resolutions and higher frame rates will use more power than lower ones. In general though, you can expect between 45 and more than 80 minutes of recording time on a full charge. You can extend that time by using external power and/or having a spare battery.

Is the charger included in the box as well or do you have to buy that seperately?

There is a USB-C cable included with the HERO8 Black. With that cable, you can charge the GoPro using other 5V/1-2A USB power sources you have. For example, you can use the USB ports on your computer, or you can use USB power blocks like you might have to charge up an iPhone or other device.
