My husband and I are planning to go zip lining in Tennessee. Can we attach and it be secure while zip lining?

It will depend on the gear the zipline company uses. Many have GoPro mounts already attached to their helmets if you want to record what you're seeing. Otherwise, if the zipline company will allow it, using the Handler in this kit is a good option. You can secure it to your wrist and turn it so that you record your own reactions.

I recently bought a Gopro hero 7 white but in a surf accident it was knocked off the harness and sank. I was curious if the 7 silver came with the little black plastic thing that goes around the camera and attaches to a mount or harness.

That's called a Frame, and the HERO7 Silver does come with one. If you're going to be using the GoPro on a surfboard, it's also a good idea to use a Floaty and/or a tether as a backup connection.

The HERO7 Black comes with adhesive mounts that can be used to position the GoPro on a variety of objects, or can be used without using the adhesive to stand on a flat surface.

I want to mount go pro on a cross bar of our boat to capture salmon and trout fishing in the Great Lakes. Will the clamp be the best accessory for mounting? I like that neck allows for adjusting the view.

It may work depending on the width and shape of the crossbar. Another option to look at is the Handlebar Mount, or if your crossbar is larger, look for our Large Tube Mount. Those mounts can lock onto rounded bars/pipes really tightly to secure your GoPro to your boat.
