I was wondering how to remove the shelf and two drawers system at the bottom of the fridg. I want to clean the glass seams and want to remove the entire drawer/shelf unit. I tried to turn the filter switch in the middle but it will not turn.

Can the HDR be turned off?

Honeycomb, HDR is on and only active when the source (Apps, Cable Box, etc) sends HDR data to the TV. HDR+ can be turned on and off under Expert Settings in your TV as that is a Picture Setting. ^Gina

Hey Z - The 50TU8000 does have Ambient Mode . Ambient Mode uses about as much power as a TV plugged in and turned off as its a low power mode . ^Jason

Just purchased and it appears that there is a Protective film over the TV screen. However, it cannot be easily removed Very noticeable when OFF (mirror like) Shall I remove, and if so, how as it does not appear to be an easy task?? Please advise..

Hi there, if there is a film on your TV, you will see a blue tab in the upper left hand corner. Some TVs do come with film protectors, while some may not. ^Gina

Can I use the FIOS app on this tv to avoid having to order another set top box?
