Unit used 3 times since I bought It.... continually looses suction. All filters were cleaned after each use. Also has very little suction when used in the portable mode.

How do you get the hose to work?

We are happy to assist you with this. To use the hose for above floor cleaning, simply disconnect the handle from the wand by pressing the red release button located on the back of the handle, just above where it connects to the wand.
