Create digital art with this Wacom Cintiq 13HD DTK1300 graphic tablet, which features a responsive touch interface and includes a pressure-sensitive Pro Pen, making it easy to draw precise lines. The adjustable display stand helps ensure comfortable use.

How big would you say this is? Small, Medium, Large?

The Cintiq 13HD is physically a little bit larger than our Medium Intuos products. The screen area measures 13" diagonally with the overall size being 14.75 x 9.75 x .5 inches.

Wacom - Bamboo Duo Stylus Pen - Black
Wacom - Bamboo Duo Stylus Pen - Black
Become a digital and hardcopy artist with this Bamboo Duo digital pen. Its fiber carbon nib lets you navigate smoothly on your screen without leaving marks, and the ballpoint tip lets you write fluidly on paper. High-quality materials in this Bamboo Duo digital pen make it a dependable tool for your professional or educational work.

Is this stylus compatible with an iPad mini 2 that has a protective screen on it?

The Bamboo Duo should work fine even if you have a protective cover over your iPad's display. Not all combinations have been tested, but as long as your finger works then the stylus should too.
