Yes, it can. Voice control is available on all Sonos speakers however some do not have microphones so you would need to use and Echo Dot or similar device to control them.

How do I connect Sonos beam to my tv AND blue ray DVD player?

It depends on your TV, but the majority of set ups have everything connected to the TV and then one HDMI connection from the TV to the Beam for your sound. Your best bet is to speak with an associate who can help determine the best set up configuration for your TV.

I have a pioneer receiver and sound bar and 2 speakers. Will Sonos speaker hook up to this system so I can play music from my phone to the current speakers inside and the sonos speaker outside my home simultaneously?

The Sonos speaker would work independently of your Pioneer reciever. However we sell a device called a Connect that would connect to your receiver to play music through it.

Does this Beam Have alexa built in?

Yes, it has built in microphones to connect your Alexa account to it and control your speaker with it.

Once this sound bar is connected by an hdmi cord - can additional speakers be bought later and connected wirelessly to this bar? Or is there a different sound bar that would be better for this?

Yes, you can add rear speakers and a subwoofer. Aside from that you can add other speakers for additional rooms for multi-room audio.
