I ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH VOICE CLARITY BEING LOWER THAN THE BACKROUND NOISE WHEN I INCREASE THE VOL IT DOESNT HELP WHAT CAN I GET TO INCREASE THE VOICE AUDIO WITHOUT INCREASING THE BACKROUND OR A BEST HAVE THEM EQUAL

The Beam has a special Speech Enhancement capability that improves the clarity of dialog. I think you will be very happy with the improvement in sound with this feature turned on.

I just purchased Sony - 75" Class - LED - X800G Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR Model: XBR75X800G I want to add the Sonos - 5.1 Surround Set. Do I need anything else (like sonos connects or...?) to connect the system to the tv / music apps?

You need a Sonos Soundbar (Playbar, PlayBase, of Beam) a Sub, and a pair of rear Sonos speakers (One, One SL, or Play5's) and that is it.

Sorry, no Boost enhances your WI-Fi and does not have Alexa capability.

What are the specs size for instance?

We do not publish the specs of our speakers as often these numbers can be misleading.

how do I connect my Ipod and I phone to the Beam ?

iPod will not connect, and your iPhone will connect via our Sonos App or through your AirPlay2 connection

Can I use this with an LG sound bar and to use as surround sound placed behind my couch?

Sorry, no for rear speakers you would have to use a Sonos soundbar.

Does the play bar have Alexa built in? The employee at Best Buy said yes. I don’t think it does.

No, the Playbar does not have it built in as this speaker does not have the required microphones. However, you can add a voice assistant from either Amazon or Google to control the Playbar.
