Does the play bar have Alexa built in? The employee at Best Buy said yes. I don’t think it does.

No, the Playbar does not have it built in as this speaker does not have the required microphones. However, you can add a voice assistant from either Amazon or Google to control the Playbar.

Could you add 2 sonos sub woofer to 1 bar for extreme bass on movies placing them around the living room for a action movie.

I have 2 sonos5 speakers in my living room. I want to expand the system to my kitchen and dining room. What is better, buying two more Sonos 5 speakers or buying a Sonos Amp and hooking up 4 of my old speakers through the amp?

Both good options. It really depends on the quality of your old speakers, however you can't go wrong.

I want to use this both for my TV and to play music through iTunes Radio. I want to be able to play the music directly from the iTunes Radio app on my phone. Can I do this or do I have to go through the Sonos app?

Can these be left outside permanently (assuming they are plugged in)?

No, the power loop is not outdoor rated. It is best to charge inside and then bring outside for use.
