No, it is not. You would have to select on of the two Sonos One models for that.

Is there something that works/connects to sonos that allows you to connect via bluetooth? I have a large property with a lot of users and I concerned with everyone using the wifi that the sonos wont work properly. Thank you!

There are two factors that will determine the quality of your network strength. The first is quality and location of your router, and the second is having at least one Sonos product hardwired to your router, and each player being at least within 50 feet of the another player. The Sonos One does not have the necessary connections to connect to a TV. For that I would recommend that you look at the Sonos Beam.

What is the difference between the play at and the play base?

The Playbar is a sound bar that could be mounted to a wall. The Playbase is a speaker that the TV sits on top of.
