Can I hook up 4 Sonos in ceiling speakers and 2 sonos outdoor speakers to the 1 Sonos Amp?

Hi, and thank you very much for your question. If you're running 3 pairs of Sonos by Sonance speakers it does have to be all of the same model. This has to do with the detection circuit (which is one of the benefits of these specific speakers) and the way the amp delivers that to the speakers.

Can the Roam be paired with the Move over Bluetooth?

Thank you for your question. It depends on your device. Some devices do support multiple bluetooth pairing and streaming at the same time. Some don't.

If the Samsung TV is connected via the ARC HDMI channel, will the Samsung remote be able to control the volume of the Sonos system or will I still have to use the Sonos app to control volume? This is my big Sonos complaint.

Hi, and thank you for your question! You can use the remote your TV comes with via ARC. Our products work with any IR remote. So, you can use the tv remote your tv comes. If you have a tv that doesn't have ARC, our products learn your IR remote with a simple set up that takes less than a minute. All you have to do is press volume + and - 3x's and mute 3x's. That's it.
So:
Tv has ARC = Automatically will work with your IR remote
No ARC = Simple three button set up.
