Sonos - One SL Wireless Smart Speaker - White

Get rich, room-filling sound with this Sonos One SL speaker, and control it with the Sonos app, Apple AirPlay 2, and more. Pair it with Sonos One or another One SL in the same room for stereo separation and more detailed sound.

I’m looking for a speaker that I can take to the gym and easily WiFi/Bluetooth for fitness classes. Is this speaker an option for me?

Hi, and thank you very much for reaching out with a question! This speaker is designed to work off of wifi. It plugs into the wall for power, and uses wifi to stream. If you have access to the wifi at your gym/fitness classes then you could technically use this. You'll need to set it up on wifi wherever you take it. It's designed to stay in the home however. We would recommend the Sonos Move for this scenario. The Move works off of both wifi and Bluetooth and is designed to be on-the-go.

I just purchased 2 SONOS FIVE speakers. I already have an ARC and sub in the living room for TV and music. Should the new FIVES be placed BEHIND the listener or in front by the TV for best sound experience? The room is rather large and open. tx

We are trying to set up are new Somos beeam and wireless speakers. We have an older Smart TV. The app is telling us we need HDMI arc which we do not have. Our sales person never mentioned this TV requirement. Please advise, feeling frustrated.

Hi, and thank you for you question. If you don't have an ARC port, you can use the Optical to HDMI dongle that's included in the box and plug it into the optical port on the back of your tv!

How many Sonos one sl speakers can you connect together on one system?

Hi, and thank you for you question. You can have up to 32 Sonos products on your home's wifi. Whatever products you choose to reach that 32 is totally up to you! :)

Great question. It will, as long as all of those product are on S2 software. Which everyone you named in this question is compatible with S2.

i recently bought the Sonos beam and would like to add a richer sound in my living room. was thinking about either adding 2 SL speakers or a Five wireless. what would you recommend?

Hi, and thank you for your question! I depends on the experience you're looking for! If you'd like surround, we'd recommend a pair of One SL's. You can use the Five as rears if you'd like however, in most cases that's unnecessary. If you'd just like to have the same sound coming from Beam, coming out of another speaker, then Five would be a great bet for that.

Will the arc support putting a speaker on the patio. If so can the volume be shut off in the house and only hear it outside?

Hi, and thank you for your question. If you put another Sonos speaker outside and only want to hear the tv audio out of that speaker, you can group the outdoor speaker with Arc, and then mute Arc. Then, the audio will only play out of the outdoor speaker!
