Why has my device turned off (while plugged in) and will not turn back on? I have unplugged it, replugged it in. My son has one & this happened to him last week. It turned off for 3 days straight & then one day it just turned itself back on.

Try resetting the Smart Clock Essential back to original factory settings. With the Smart Clock Essential plugged in, hold down both the minus button and the alarm button on the top of the Smart Clock Essential, at the same time, for 6-seconds, then follow the Voice Assistant instructions. The Lenovo ThinkVision M14 monitor, model number 61DDUAR6US, can not be daisy-chained to another monitor. The ThinkVision M14 Monitor ships with 2 x USB 3.1 Type-C (DP1.2 Alt Mode) video inputs, so you have flexibility when positioning your external screen on either side of the laptop you are connecting to. There is no video out capability from these ports to another monitor. You would need to connect the monitor directly to the laptop or through a compatible multi-monitor universal docking station. Keyboard not working. It is plugged in to USB at back of keyboard and orange light shows it is charging, but keyboard is not responsive. Keyboard has been charging over 20 minutes.

Check to be sure that the USB wireless receiver is installed within a USB port on the computer. Then check that the on/off switch on the keyboard is in the on position. Depending on the model number of the wireless rechargeable keyboard you have, there is an on/off switch either on the front right edge of the keyboard or on the bottom of the keyboard. Be sure this switch is in the on position.
