Next, from what we can gleam from your inquiry is that the laptop's battery is depleting even when plugged in. If this is the case, this could be due to a number of factors, including the power settings on your laptop, the game's requirements, or potentially a hardware issue. I would recommend checking your power settings first. You can do this through the Lenovo Vantage app. Also, if djusting the power settings doesn't resolve the issue, manually install the latest BIOS for your device using the Vantage app > Selecting the check for updates button on the homepage, applying the latest BIOS update.
