Can you adjust the brightness if the screen? I like it to be completely black at night?

Hi Laura! Yes, you can set the brightness level between 0 and 10 by swiping up on your clock. The Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant also has an “Auto Brightness” feature that utilizes an ambient light sensor to adjust your clock automatically. You can even say “Okay Google screen off” to turn off the screen completely. The screen will power back on when triggered.

I don't have WiFi; I just want to use the product as a regular alarm clock. Will this product work as an alarm clock without WiFi?

Is there a way to disable the device repeating your command back? Example, I say "Hey Goggle, turn on bedroom light". Then Goggle responds "Sure, turning on bedroom lights". Alexa has an option to just make a noise to confirm.

Hi John! There is no way to disable this function. You can set the device to a specific room within the Google Home app. Once the device is specified in a room when asked to give commands in the same room you will hear a chime sound. When commands are given for a device in a different room you will hear the command repeated.

Can you have two (2) clocks within voice distance from one another, one on each night stand? Can you change the "Hey Google" name?

Hi Mitch! Yes, you can have two clocks setup next to each other. You can change each clocks sensitivity to “Hey Google” within the device settings in the Google Home App. Alternatively you can say “Okay Google”. At this time, you are not able to change the “Hey Google” or “Okay Google” phrase.

Is the clock dependent to WiFi connection? The Insignia when it looses connection to WiFi, you loose the clock.

Hey there! Yes, your clock and any previously set alarms will still function if your Wi-Fi connection drops. However, you will not be able to give voice commands or set future alarms without a Wi-Fi connection.

The Do Not Disturb icon is on every night. If I don’t disable it the alarm will not go off. I’ve turned off the toggle switch on the home app, but still shows up every night on the clock face. How can this be fully disabled?

Hello and thank you for your question. We are sorry to hear you are having this issue. Alarms and timers still work when Do Not Disturb is on. To disable Do Not Disturb swipe up, then tap Do Not Disturb. If your device still isn’t functioning the way you would like, try re-booting the system by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Alternatively you can do a factory reset by holding down the “volume + and –“ buttons for 8 seconds. Can the display screen turn off completely at night time? I do not like to see the time or any light from the clock when I am trying to sleep.

Hi Taylor. Yes, the display can be turned off! Simply say “Okay Google turn off my screen”. You can also have your Lenovo Smart Clock automatically turn off the screen by adjusting its "Low Light" settings.

• Method 1： Talk to the Lenovo Smart Clock. Say something like: “Hey Google, set an alarm for 8 a.m.”
• Method 2：Swipe left on the home screen, then tap Create an alarm.
