Can you flip back the screen and does it come with charger and does it have a warranty

No. The Lenovo 100e Chromebook does not have hinges on the screen allowing the screen to flip into tablet mode. There is an AC adapter/charger included. There is a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty, covering hardware OEM issues.

How do you use the camera. I don’t see the lens

On the Yoga C740-14, there is an exclusice Privacy Shutter over the camera lens. Be sure the shutter cover is off bsfore you launch the camera. There is a manual slider to open the shutter right at the top of the camera lens at the top, middle of the screen.
