Just bought this laptop, Audio does not work, and I've tried re-installing the drivers.

I went to Best Buy to purchase this computer. The salesperson told me not to bother that they are worthless. Now I’m confused as to what to get. Wanted something inexpensive no larger then 11.6 to 13.3 or 14 inch. Need something for work email &Citrix

Does this have an updated video card? My granddaughter loves to play games but her last laptop did not have an updated card so it’s useless for that purpose

This model has integrated graphics processing within the Intel Celeron N3350 processor. It is the Intel HD Graphics 500 version. There is no discrete graphics card within this configuration.
