Can I upgrade the RAM of this laptop to 2x 64? or keep the 32 and add a second of 64?

Hey Ana,

Yes, but since the system ships with 2x 16GB memory modules preinstalled, if you wish to upgrade to 64 (DDR5-5600, SODIMM), you'd have to take out the sticks it ships with and put in 2x 32GB sticks.

Why while playing any game 20-30 minutes in it freezes then the whole pc shuts down. I bought two of these one for me and my husband and his is having problems with just shutting down and mine is fine what could be the issue

We're sorry to hear that this is the case. There are a number of reasons for this behavior when gaming on gaming desktops, but the most common are overheating (CPU/GPU), and GPU driver or hardware issue. To iron out the later, we recommend searching for the latest drivers via Legion Space on your husband's PC or you can go to NVIDIA's site directly. After updating the graphics drivers, if the issue persists, please monitor if the issue only happens when gaming. If this is the case, to rule out overheating, we recommend monitoring CPU and GPU temps and if either get at or above 90 degrees Celsius when gaming before the shutdown, this may be the root of the issue. If the system's overheating, check each fan to ensure it's running when the PC is on.
