I have the Samsung Galaxy S9+, my wife has suggested this as an idea for a fathers day gift from my kids. We are concerned about whether it is compatible, since the phone is not on the list. I can't find any supporting information. Is the s9+ compatible?

Is 32 GB enough to update Windows in the future w/o adding additional memory; I’ve read that 32 GB, at least on other similar devices, is absolutely insufficient for updates? Thank you, in advance for your time.
According to Microsoft Support, you can use an external hard drive, formatted NTFS, when downloading Windows 10 updates for the needed temporary files. Here is a link to an explanation:
