Will this tablet run Android Oreo when available?

We are not aware of an update to Android 8.0 at this time, for the Tab 4, 10.

In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. You can use an existing Microsoft Office License that is compatible with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2007 or newer. Do not install the software. Just use the 25-digit Product Code that came with your version of Microsoft Office to activate the software already installed on the device.

I want to make a partition. I was thinking of 240 GIG for C: where windows 10 is located and the rest (+/- 760 GIG) for disc D: Can I do this safely with disk manager or do I harm the bit where windows 10 is installed? Should I use another tool instead?

The system drive is already portioned at the factory for system recovery.

That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the software.
