Any clue why the sound is not working with Samsung S8? Introduction has audio but once the game starts no sound at all. Settings shows Full Audio Level but no sound at all could be hear. Thank you Marcelo

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the sound on the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. Please make sure that the volume on your phone is turned up all of the way. Also, when setting up the system for the first time it is important that you let the "app" that is provided guide you through the entire set up process. I keep getting black screen and pointer dot and that's it. Deleted game and it played once. Then again no gameplay. Anyone else have this issue? Cannot find it anywhere online except a reviewer for the app had the same thing happen. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset and the cable connected when setting the system up for the first time. Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. Will this device work with an ipad air or any ipad. I only see phones listed.

How can I get a replacement plug for the Apple phone? The very first time we tried loading the phone into the cartridge the apple plug pulled out of the potting material and we have no other way of using the game because we are 100% apple in the household

Can the headset be used to watch movies.

Not at this time. All content is based on the Star Wars for now.

I get an error when connecting both Iphone 6s and 7 to the headset. On both I receive error message: cannot use device: AR head mounted device: the connected device is not supported. Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. There can be system bug in the older Apple IOS. Please make sure you are running IOS 11.1 or a later version. Sometimes when using an older IOS the wait time for the connection to the headset can take 30 seconds or more. Please check your phone's Bluetooth setting to make sure it is on.( tap settings, select Bluetooth , tap the switch to ensure it is on ( green). Also make sure the location feature on the phone is turned on too .(tap settings, select location , tap the switch to ensure it is on ( green). Please make sure that the headset is powered up and the cable connected .Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset when setting the system up for the first time. I got this for Xmas but have a Samsung S4 and was wondering if this would work with that device? Thanks

Is their anyway to play this with the galaxy note 8 plus . I can't believe it doesn't fit unreal
