The touch screen on this system is a capacitive touch screen, meaning you can not use a digital or active pen with it. You can use a capacitive touch stylus, which is basically a replacement for your finger. You can not get a fine line type of writing with this screen. You can certainly take notes with it but not a fine line, or adjustable quality. A digital screen is better, say the ThinkPad Yoga 2-14 which comes with a digitizer pen. Battery life on the Flex 4-14 is between 4 to 6 hours, depending on the work you do. It would be about the same on the ThinkPad Yoga 2-14.

There is no GPU (video card) in this system. Graphics processing is integrated in to the CPU, the Intel I-3 processor.

is the screen LED? is truth that computer all in one the screen heats up the mother board and the life is shorter

This system has an LCD screen with LED backlighting for maximum contrast. It is not true that All-In-One systems have a shorter life span. The All-In-One technology is the same used successfully for decades in the laptop. The LCD/LED screen run extremely cool and the heat, if any is dissipated by a fan and ventilation ports.

Is this computer perfect for doing homework online? I really don't need an expensive laptop cause I am just using it for homework.

This is an entry level system. It is meant for light use, doing such work as Microsoft Office projects, light web browsing, email and online social media. If this is the kind of work you will be doing, then this device is a good, economical choice.

Is this the type of laptop that is going to stop working after 3 months? I honesty am interested buying it if it is reliable for a long time. i mainly will use it for homework.

This is an entry level system. It is meant for light use, doing such work as Microsoft Office projects, light web browsing, email and online social media. The only reason why this device would stop working within 3 months is a virus, OEM defect, or working the system beyond its capabilities as a light use system.
