Ok so i just bought this. And I wanna know why does it keep disconnecting me from the internet constantly all of my other devices do just fine? (Please let me know i like this laptop and wanna give a good rating after this is resolved)

The maximum RAM for this system is 16GB. There is one slot on this system and it comes with 8GB in it. The hard drive is a Hybrid hard drive, so you have dedicated 8GB of solid state cache memory for the operating system, so you get quick boot up. A certified technician can upgrade the RAM and the hard drive, but all the work must be done by a certified technician so as to not void the warranty.
