Does my store offer in person setup, and some brief lessons on how to use the features for beginners? I'm having difficulty trying to learn on my own. I'm certain I would benefit and get a lot more out of my comp with a quick lesson I have the total plan

I'm currently using this laptop to run programs such as solidworks 2021 and 2024 but seems when using the programs the laptop starts acting up, frequent freezes and slowness on it's performance. I'm not sure if the current graphic card is compatible?
