Can I upgrade the ram memory and ssd

Hey Jim,

You can upgrade memory by swapping out one of the 8GB DDR4 memory modules (8GB is soldered to the systemboard) and storage can be upgraded by swapping out preinstalled drive for an M.2 2242 SSD of a higher capacity since this IdeaPad has one storage slot.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your Digital Pen 2 to your Flex 5i. We recommend following the first page of the pen's start guide (can be viewed digitally here: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/options/sp41j19858.pdf) to learn how to remove the pen cap, add the battery without any connection obstruction, then add the cap to power the pen, enabling automatic pairing with the connected Flex 5i (if it's a Windows based laptop).
