I bought this and thought Beat Buy & myself set up a password. I was able to go on it no problem. I had to reset the computer itself and now it wants the “owner” to sign in. I have tried several times and I think it’s gonna lock the account. What do I do

To do so, sign in to Your Existing Admin Account (If You're Logged Out):
At the Sign-in Screen: Click your user picture or "Other user" to see all accounts.
Enter Credentials: Type your Microsoft account email/password or local account username/password.

In user reviews for this Tower, excessive heat is not a commonly reported issue, and its thanks to the system's high performance cooling capabilities. Also, the face or front panel is not designed to be easily removable, but you can remove the side (glass) panel.
