How do I fix my media control buttons?

I have a Dell Studio laptop, and it has the media control buttons at the top (play, pause, volume, etc.) I've had the laptop for 5 months, and all of a sudden one day the buttons stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this?
I would first try going to Dell's website and download the media control button drivers, and then reinstall the drivers. If this doesn't work I would have the laptop looked at by an authorized service technician to see if there is something physically wrong with the laptop. If you have owned this laptop for 5 months any repair should be at no cost to you unless it is determined to be caused by damage to the laptop. To have the laptop looked at you could go to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy® store and they should be able to determine what is wrong with the laptop. I hope this help!

how do i get minidv on a dvd?

You would first need to upload your video footage from your MiniDv camcorder to your computer using a firewire cable. Once your footage is uploaded to your computer you would need to edit your footage, and then create chapters using either the software that came with the camcorder or software you have purchased separately; you would then burn your completed video to a DVD. Does the Playstation 2 or Playstation 3 console have any sort of way to be played on a laptop monitor versus a tv screen?

There is no way to connect a Sony PS2 or PS3 gaming system to a laptop computer, and use the laptop's monitor to display the game.

what is the difference between a panasonic TH-50PE8U and a TH-50PX80U

The biggest difference between these two plasma TV’s is the physical depth of the two TV’s. The TH-50PX80U is 15.2 inches deep, and the TH-50PE8U is 3.71 inches deep. The Panasonic model TH-50PX80U has a higher contrast ratio of 15000:1, while model TH-50PE8U has a contrast ratio of 10000:1. I hope this information helps!

single tv dvi input

my sony projection tv has a single dvi input. to connect my hdmi cable box and a blu-ray player, is there a dvi to hdmi 'splitter' that would work so i can plug both into my tv? thanks!
We actually sell a couple of products that should allow you to connect both your cable box and your Blu-ray player to your one DVI input on your TV. You would first need to get a switcher, and plug both the cable box and the Blu-ray player into it, and then connect the output of the switcher to the DVI input on your TV with a HDMI to DVI cord.
