Stacking Kit for Select Samsung Washers and Dryers

Will this stacking kit work for DV337AER and WF337AAR?

I see in the description that this kit is compatible for my washer model # but not my dryer. Is there a kit for them?

Thanks for your interest. The SK-5A stacking kit accessory is compatible with both the DV337AER/XAA and the WF337AAR/XAA, as well as most other Samsung front load washers and dryers. The dryer should be stacked on top of the washer.

The current line-up of Samsung front load washers and matching dryers are stackable using the SK-5A stacking kit accessory to secure the dryer on top of the washer. The top load models are not stackable.

Looking for a good front loading washing machine with cold inlet only that has heating element inside to heat the cold water to desired temperature.

What are recommendations for an efficient front loading washing machine reasonably priced that has a cold inlet only and will heat water to desired temperature? I need to purchase a new washing machine. I have a lot of iron in my water heater and therefore only want to use a washing machine with a cold inlet only. Any suggestions?

The internal heater in the WF365 and other Samsung washing machines is designed primarily to boost the incoming water temperature to above 150°F when Sanitize is selected, as well as enabling Pure Cycle for cleaning the drum. It is not intended to replace a hot water hook-up, and the washers will not function properly without a hot water connection

Thanks for the question. Samsung does not recommend reusing the power cord from an old dryer. It's also recommended that you have a qualified technician install the electrical wiring and venting to ensure it's done correctly and safely.

Thanks for the question. All Samsung ranges, both gas and electric, have the self-cleaning feature, and most of our electric ranges also have Steam Quick, which uses steam to loosen the grease and spills from the oven surface so you can wipe it clean without chemicals or high heat.

Thanks for the question. Per the DV405 user manual, a 1/2” gas supply line is recommended and must be reduced to connect to the 3/8” gas line on the dryer. For more information, please refer to the user manual which can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website for easy reference, or to the installation guide that comes with the dryer. Samsung strongly recommends having the dryer installed by a qualified technician to ensure it is done safely and adheres to local and national building codes.

What is the difference between the RS265 and the RS 267?

The Samsung brochures and on-line information are not in sync. The RS 267 model has the "Twin Cooling Plus" sign inside the store model I viewed. However, the Samsung brochure states both the RS 265 and the 267 are only the Twin Cooling. Which model, if either, has the Twin Cooling Plus system? I'd also like to know how much better the Twin Cooling Plus is as opposed to merely the Twin Cooling? What exactly are the differences between the two models that justifies the higher price for the RS 267? To look at them, they appear identical.

Thanks for your interest. You're correct that the RS265TD and RS267TD are very similar, and both have Samsung's signature Twin Cooling. This dual evaporator system cools the fridge and freezer separately and independently, preventing the cold air from the fridge from carrying odors and moisture into the freezer, and, conversely, from bringing dry air into the fridge. Since the humidity level in the fridge remains higher, at about 42-43%, produce stays fresher than in a conventional system. It also contributes to the high degree of energy efficiency. Twin Cooling Plus, which is available in certain other models, takes the humidity story a step further, maintaining a level of about 70%, which helps to extend the life of the produce even more.

The RS267TD does have a few upgraded features compared to the RS265TD, however, including the independently-controlled Cool Select Zone drawer, LED Tower Lighting that extends further down the compartment, and the convenient retractable shelf that allows you to move the shelf out of the way easily in order to store taller items under it.

There are just 2 people in our house but we do have a king bed. One of the concerns I have read about is the small loads of clothes come out quite wrinkled. Is this always the case?
We will have small loads but will be doing king bedding.

Thanks for your interest. The WA422 is large enough to fit a king-size comforter, and is effective and efficient when washing smaller loads, as well. There are a variety of settings available depending on the type of items you need to wash, so be sure to check the fabric care instructions when choosing the temperature and spin speed since some fabrics can wrinkle more than others when subjected to hot water or high spin speeds. Fortunately, the WA422 is equipped with Samsung's stainless steel Diamond Drum which is designed to be very gentle on fabrics due to its small holes and smooth surface.
