I'm sorry to hear your RS261 is not making ice. There are a number of factors that can affect the ability of the icemaker to produce ice, including temperature and access to water, and most of these issues can be corrected by reviewing the following checklist:

- When you press the Test button on the icemaker (as shown on page 19 of the User Manual), does it rotate and fill with water to make ice? It isn't clear from your question what you mean by "it works".
- Is the icemaker turned on (make sure the Ice Off icon is not illuminated on the control panel)?
- Is the feeler arm that hangs down from the icemaker stuck in the "Up" position? If so, try lowering it.
- Is your water pressure at the recommended level? In order for the ice maker to operate properly, water pressure of 20~125 psi (pound per square inch) is required.
- Is the water valve turned on all the way?
- Are there any bends or kinks in the water line that could be obstructing water flow?
- Is the water filter installed correctly?
- Did you bleed air from the lines after installing or replacing the water filter by dispensing 5-6 gallons of water?
- Try removing the water filter temporarily and press the test button. If the tray fills, your filter was probably clogged or partially clogged and should be replaced.
- Are the freezer and refrigerator temperatures set at 3 bars? If the freezer is too warm, it may not be conducive to freezing the ice. If the fridge is too cold, the water lines could freeze.
- If the tray fills with water, you can activate the Power Freeze function to speed up ice production by pressing the Freezer button for 3 seconds.

If, after checking the above and pressing the Test button, the tray still won't fill, or it fills, freezes, but will not harvest, your RS261 may require service. Please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you.

Thanks for the question. It isn't clear which model you have since the WA422, which you submitted the question through, does not have the AquaJet feature. If you have a different model that does have AquaJet, then I'm glad to hear it's helping to enhance performance as intended. It isn't unusual for the effect of the pulsators and tub motion to not be visible from outside the washer. If your clothes are coming out clean, then the fact that the motion is not be visible in the types of loads you're washing should not be cause for concern. If, however, your clothes are not coming clean and you've followed the suggestions that are available both online and in the user manual to maximize performance, in terms of both installation and usage, then please contact the Customer Service team for assistance determining the cause, since this would need to be addressed on a case-by-case basis by a qualified technician.
