Will it play movies off of my hard drive in other formats like MP4, WMV, etc through USB Port?

Can my hard drive be in NTSC format or does it have to be in FAT32?

Although the BD-C6800 will be able to play AVI, MP4 and WMV video formats from a USB device, in order to access content from a USB device, the device in question must meet all of the following requirements:

1. It must offer a Mass Storage Mode
2. It must be formatted in a FAT file system
3. It must not contain any DRM content. DRM content is not supported by the Samsung TVs

Can You use the usb port to play video downloaded from the internet like you can with a ps3?

I just purchased this tv and am wondering if I have content that I have downloaded and saved to a usb drive, like an avi or mp4 movie file, will it be able to play on the tv via the usb port?

the dynamic contrast ratio listed on the Samsung website for the UN55D8000Y says its 8,000,000 : 1. How does the the T.V. your selling have a 25,000,000:1 ratio and it is the same product number?

I'm sorry for the confusion. The D8000 on Samsung's webpage actually states 25,000,000:1. However, the product page for the C8000 states 8,000,000:1.

When i go to the Samsung site, the dynamic contrast ratio is different from that of best buy's. This is on the same 55" LED 8000 series TV. Any reasons as to why?

Can you connect a bluetooth keyboard to the D8000?

My wife would like to use a full keyboard when using the smart apps. Is paring possible?

Although the D8000 comes included with the QWERTY remote control keyboard, 3rd party keyboards and mice are not compatible with the Samsung devices.

Whats the difference between the 55D8000 AND THE 55D7900 ??

The two main differences between the D7900 and the D8000 are that the D8000 will come included with the 3D glasses, while the D7900 will not and the D8000 will offer a different bezel design from the D7900.
