Will this tv work with a set of 5 surround sound speakers, sub woofer and a receiver? Are 3 ports enough?

As a matter of fact, it will. But I highly suggest that you connect all your components to the receiver it self and not from the TV then to the receiver. One less device the audio signal has to travel through can mean all the difference when it comes to proper 5.1 sound.

Does this TV have built-in tuners?

Specifically, does this TV have a QAM tuner? I don't see anything about built-in tuners in the specs.
All current generation Samsung TVs offer a ATSC/QAM tuner built in.

voltage of this tv ?

i am planning to buy this Samsung and ship it overseas where voltage is different , so i need your help to check just the voltage of this product.you may find it somewhere in the back of the tv or on the outlet .. i tried to get it but i couldnt
my regards
Any Samsung TV that is bought within the North American Territories will be 110v-120v and will not work on the voltage out side the NA. In order to use this TV in other countries, you will need to acquire a power converter.

Box for HD cable?

You say this has a digital tuner. However, the specifications say:

"Add HD-capable antenna to receive over-the-air high-definition broadcasts, where available. Optional set-top box required for high-definition cable or satellite programming."

I can plug my cable line directly into my current (ancient) CRT tv and get many (not all) stations. I assume the Samsung does the same, but are you saying these will NOT be HD?
There is a difference between HD and digital. Since the digital transition, all TV signals are now sent digitally. All the current Samsung TVs feature a tuner that can decode the digital signal with out an external box. In order to get HD, most cable companies actually transmit some HD channels over coax, with out the need of a cable box. This means that all Samsung TVs will also be able to display these over the air HD channels with out a problem. To get the premium HD channels, you will need to use a cable box from your cable provider. This is not a limitation of the TV, but just how the different cable providers code their signals.

USB Port vs HDMI imputs?

Difference?
HDMI ports are only used for audio/visual signal transmission, while a USB port is exclusively used for data/file transfer transmission.

what is native&dynamic contrist differance

diferance between native&dynamic contrist
Native contrast ratio is the contrast of the TV with out any of the contrast enhancing features active. Dynamic contrast is the contrast of the TV with all the contrast enhancing features active. The Samsung TVs only display the Dynamic Contrast numbers due to the fact that several of the contrast enhancing features are always active and can not be turned off.

Can you label the inputs?

Do you mean labeling the rear ports? If so, using the proper labeling practices, you can most definitely label them. However, they do not come ready to be labeled so a good labeling system that will not leave behind any damage or residue once taken off would work just fine.
