Sennheiser - Closed-Type Dynamic Hi-Fi Stereo Headphones - Silver
Enjoy every beat of your favorite music with these stereo headphones that feature a sealed ear cup design to provide you with efficient reduction of ambient noise. Compatible with any headphone plug, any iPod and 3G iPhone. Headphones have either the standard 3.5mm plug for portable devices or an adaptor included.

Would these headphones be good for working out?

Hello-

I would use our sport adidas headphones for working out, as these were designed for home studio use and music listening at home. The Sennheiser/adidas models are sweat proof and will stay in, all while remaining light weight.

Hearing Capabilities

Can you hear out of both ear pieces? I know a lot of the headphones I've boughten you can only hear out of one and it drives me nuts!
Hello-

You can hear out of both earpieces as long as you have them plugged into a stereo headphone plug all the way, as this is a stereo headphone.

EH 150 & HD 202

Is the EH 150 better than the HD 202 for noise cancellation and sound quality?
The EH 150 and HD 202 have similar noise isolation characteristics. The EH 150 will give you an upgrade in detail and tighter bass response. Both are an outstanding value.

How good is the bass on these? And do they have 40mm drivers?

I was wondering if these had good bass and what kind of drivers they were. like if they were 40mm because thats what im looking for.
Hello-

These headphones have a 40mm driver that produce accurate bass response. These headphones are linear in sound and are designed to be used in recording studio and film applications where the most natural and neutral sound is required.

Will I lose sound quality if cord is extended?

It depends on the quality of the extension cable. Most extension cables of decent quality (you get what you pay for) will not degrade the sound at a detectable level within 50 or so feet. After that first 50 feet, you can expect a loss of detail and volume with each cable you add or each few feet of cable extra.

What is the difference between the HD series and EH & PXC series?

I noticed that there are different lines of consumer over ear headphones you offer. What is the difference between the HD (ex. HD280) and the EH as well as the PXC series of headphones that are in a comparable price range with the HD280s?
Hello- The PXC models are always noise cancelling capable (they have NoiseGard inside them to reduce droning, low frequency rumble). The HD series is "Headphone-Dynamic", meaning they are all dynamic headphones that go on or around your ear. The eH series stands for "evolution Headphone", which was designed for musicians who are into recording, DJ work or mixing/editing. There are various differences depending on the need and sound quality desired, but you get what you pay for-- our lower priced models are an excellent value and a great way to get awesome sound without spending a fortune. As you move up the line, expect better sound, more accessories and other features such as NoiseGard, etc.
