Can I order replacement pads & "fit" pieces?
I can't seem to find my little bag of "fit part", the pads and speaker covers that help provide a custome fit. I have a pair of MX-55s that sound great, but the cushioned circles that surround the speakers fell off while on a trip. Can these be ordered online? I'd like to keep some spares around.

Your Toshiba computer does not have enough output to drive these headphones properly. Yes, when plugged in, they will sound pretty good, however, with a more powerful headphone circuit they will sound amazing. You should consider plugging these into a stereo receiver or headphone amp that can provide enough power to properly drive a 300 ohm headphone.

what do they mean by exchangeable earpads (for the Sennheiser HD 238?
If you ever lose a pad, or need to replace one because its kind of grungy, spare pads can be ordered directly from the manufacturer. With most other headphone brands you would have to throw away the headphone and get a new one. This significantly extends the life of the headphone.

Sennheiser HD280 vs HD555
My friend purchased the HD280's from BestBuy and they sound phenomenal. I can't remember if they also sold the HD555 headphones though (I think they had it..) But I want to know which is the overall better headphones to buy for music and video production. 280's seem like the high end of the "pro" series while the 555 looks like the mid-range of the "audiophile" series. So I'm just wondering which is more worthy purchase.

Does this or the HD 202 block out more sound?
Whichever blocks out more sound I will probably get.

WHat is the best microphone to use with a stereo

It really depends on the connection type on the stereo. Without knowing this connection type, a great mic to get into Sennheiser quality is the e815, sold on BestBuy.com. You'll want to check on the connector type, however. The e815 uses an XLR.

Does the Ipod generate enough power for the earphones? Are these meant to be use don Ipods?
