Camcorder wide angle lens

I'm looking to purchase a camcorder that comes with, or can be equipped with a wide angle lens.
i'm making realestate video's and need to get as much of a floor to ceiling picture in each room, with vaulted ceilings, the regular picture that the camcorders come with doesn't get much of the upper view.
Camcorders that have lenses that are threaded at the front can accept filters and wide angle adapters to give a wider field of vision.
Cameras with lenses as small as 27mm in diameter or less can accept adapters if there is a threaded area.

What is the difference between 120hz and 240hz?

Hz is cycle time in which the screen refreshes the image on the screen. Usually 60, 120 and 240hz. The higher the number the faster the rate.
The faster the screen refreshes the smoother fast action images, such as sports for example, play back.

Can you change the lens?

can you change the lens on the, Canon - VIXIA High-Definition Digital Camcorder HF-S20
This camera does not have interchangeable lenses. There are lens add-ons such as wide angle and telephoto adapters.

I have a Nikon D3000 and I am looking for another lens, my son plays sports so I am looking for more close up shots. What would you recommend?

The 70-300mm is a good choice. I have used very similar lens for years to shoot pro sports.
Shooting with a 200-400 ISO will help freeze the faster action.
