I easily mounted a 39-inch TV and, later, a 55-inch with this Rocketfish. Instructions are clear, and the package includes mounting screws in all sizes. So I had the right size for each TV without a trip to the hardware store. It was a bit of challenge fitting screws under the tilt adjustment knob, where they needed to be for the 55-incher. Luckily, the M8 by 21mm screws that Samsung requires were just short enough to work. The rails that let me slide the TV left and right meant I could center it perfectly over a cabinet. Other features I especially like include the tilt function that compensates for bright morning sun. I would buy this mount again.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Our household is well pleased with our new Samsung TU8000. Spending a little extra for series 8 features including the voice-activated One Remote and Bluetooth was worth it. We are able to adjust the picture and sound exactly as we like it. Setup with on-screen instructions was easy, even for our mature Baby Boomer brains. The remote is intuitive enough to guide us through its functions, although we still have use other remotes to set up cable recordings and control volume on external speakers. We don't use the Smart Things app for iPhones because our phones already control the TV as much as we need. We also were put off by the pay subscription for anything but basic features. We now have access to more entertainment than we will ever watch. Altogether, we're happy.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this TV automatically select the strongest wi-fi signal (2.4gHz or 5gHz)? As I understand things, my wi-fi-router and extender operate simultaneously with both, and 5gHz is best for streaming video, etc.

Has anyone been able to use the TV's One Remote to schedule and view recordings through a cable box? Is it even possible? My cable box is an Atlas URC1056B04, rented through WOW/Knology.

I didn't find Peacock TV in an app search on my TV. But you probably could stream it through an iPhone app.

Apple TV is one of the apps available on the apps button on the home page. If I remember right, Best Buy had a 90-days free promotion when I bought my TV just before Christmas. You might want to look for that.

Does this tv have multi audio output?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by multi audio output. But there are outputs for HDMI, optical cables, and RCA-style connectors, all of which can be connected to soundbars, external speakers or other devices. I can listen to my external speakers and the TV speakers at the same time, either through optical connections or Bluetooth. I also can listen through Bluetooth earbuds while sound plays through the TV speakers. I hope this answers your question.

It has Youtube, but does it have YoutubeTV app ?

There are apps for YouTube, YouTube Kids, and YouTube TV available on the Apps button on the Home page. When I checked out the instructions to set up YouTube TV via my iPhone, I got a choice of trying it free with a Google account or doing a subscription for $64.99 a month. I hope this is the information you needed.

Hello there! I’ve seen quite a bit of concerns regarding poor WIFI and applications being disconnected while is use. This is pretty troublesome when researching to purchase a smart TV. Can you please provide feedback on this subject? Thanks

I've had no problem with disconnections to the TV from my wifi router, three rooms away. But I had to buy a wifi extender to get a consistent signal to the TV from my iPhone, when using Airplay and Screen Mirroring. I figured that was because of all the devices having to work together. I still sometimes have slow buffering when casting videos or streaming live TV from the phone. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get the TV image to full screen. But the trouble usually goes away after a few minutes of connection. I hope this info helps.

If a hearing aid has Bluetooth, I'm sure it would connect. I listen to my TV sometimes with my Bluetooth earbuds.

Can you have bluetooth headphones hooked up for one person to listen to but still hear the tv without them? In other words, can two people listen/watch TV - one with headphones and one without?

Yes. I tried this just now. I can listen through my Bluetooth earbuds while sound is coming through the TV speakers. I had trouble getting the earbuds' volume loud enough to hear over the TV speakers, and also getting the sound lag adjusted so the earbuds and TV speakers were in sync. But that might just be a shortcoming of the earbuds. Dual listening takes several steps to set up. Go to Sound settings/Bluetooth, then connect your device. Then go to General/Accessibility/Multi Output Audio and turn it on. That will play sound through the TV speakers and Bluetooth at the same time. You might have to adjust the sound lag between them. For that, go back to Sound/Expert Settings/Digital Output Audio Delay.

The width is 48-1/2 inches, so you would have 3/4 inch sticking out past each side of a 47-inch stand. If that doesn't bother you, it should be OK.
