A wonderful shave with no pulling of hairs.
on February 20, 2023
Posted by: dorkhead2
Simply put, this is the best shave from an electric shaver I ever had. My first electric shaver was a basic Norelco back in the 90s. The technology has definitely come a long way. Compared to my old one, this shaver is quieter, smoother, and most importantly, the razor heads do not pull any hairs on my face while shaving.
A claim on the box says the shaver can cut any beard up to seven days since your last shave. My first shave with this model was after six days of not shaving and it cut with ease. Again, without any pulling of hair. The independent rotating heads glide over the skin easily and did a good job adjusting to the contours of my face and neck. And the shave itself was close to the skin. Obviously, it doesn’t match a real razor, but this was close and clean enough. And honestly, it shaves so close that there really isn’t a need to shave with an actual razor unless it’s your wedding day. And even then, this model can be used for a wedding or anytime a close shave is required.
In regards to the different settings on the shaver, I found the highest speed (3 bars) gave me the fastest and easiest cut. I did lower the speed a couple times to cut the hard to reach places on my neck. That area required a few more passes to get all the hair. Considering I was switching from a foil shaver to these rotating heads, my skin adjusted fine. It does take about a week or two for you skill to fully adjust to a new shaver. I suspect the shave will be even nicer after my skin adjusts.
Cleaning the shaving heads is very simple. I just open the shaving cage and rinse it under hot water. This model comes with solution and a base for cleaning. After a few shaves, the LCD screen on the razor indicated I should clean the heads with the solution. It is very easy to prop the shaver upside down on the base and let the motor on the shaver do the cleaning. It’s pretty neat how this unit cycles the solution into the base and through the heads without much noise and battery usage. I’ve had a shaver in the past with a cleaning system, but this one is much simpler and smaller, and doesn’t require it to be plugged into an outlet for power. The cleaning process itself takes only a few minutes.
As much as I love the main shaver heads, the trimmer attachment does not do a good job trimming hair. The trimmer itself is not made from the same materials as the main shaver heads. The attachment is made with thin plastic with small trimmer blades that move slowly. While trying to trim my sideburns, it would take several passes and it still wouldn’t cut all the hair. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll use this attachment, and will have to resort back to my old electric shaver’s trimmer for a clean cut. It’s too bad, considering the premium price you’re paying for this model. In a pinch, the trimmer attachment will work, but you’ll have to remember to bring it with you if you travel. That shouldn’t be too hard because the shaver comes with a nice case that fits everything.
Overall, this shaver has become my primary shaver. I’ll be retiring my older foil shaver because it’s really impressive how nice the shave is with this unit. I’m not a fan of the trimmer attachment, but I can deal with this because I have a better trimmer already at home. I’ve been shaving with this unit for a week now and every time I use it, I’m amazed with how nice it feels and how fast and smooth the shave is.

Almost Perfect
on February 5, 2023
Posted by: dorkhead2
I decided to go with this soundbar to replace a 6 year old Polk soundbar I had. Not only did this one have more technology, but in my home I could not do true surround so was looking for a very good alternative. The Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Plus pretty much nails what I was looking for.
First the pros.
The sound bar is solidly built. You can tell the quality you are getting as you open the box. It's packaged very nicely, and the weight of the actual sound bar is impressive. Connecting all my devices was super easy and the app you use to setup is very intuitive. This soundbar configures itself by listening to your room and optimizing itself for your specific surroundings. You can even connect your devices to stream music or anything you want through the app to send a signal directly through the bar. I actually haven't even used the enclosed dedicated remote and find myself just going through the app on my phone since you can do all the features from it and my phone is usually always next to me. On top of that it immediately recognized my Roku and TV remotes and auto enabled me being able to adjust the volume from either. First thing I did was fire up the Dolby Atmos (which this soundbar is supposed to be known for) and it did not disappoint! I tried several movies and scenes (Ready Player One & Thor Ragnarok). First off, the voice separation is amazing (movies, TV, you name it). On my old bar the scenes would get very loud so you couldn't hear the voice then vice versa. On the Ambeo, not an issue. The voice always comes in super clear, and I never found myself reaching to turn the audio up/down and could just sit and enjoy. This is with the voice enhancement turned on, but honestly you really don't need it, it’s just my personal preference to have the voices a little louder. Second the simulated Dolby Atmos is amazing. I literally found myself smiling while watching because it made me feel like I was back in the theater, yes, it’s really that good. It blows my mind how they did it to get all this immersive sound out of this single bar. Will it be better than a dedicated 7.1 setup, of course not, but it's a hell of an alternative.
Now for the cons.
While the soundbar sounds amazing, it definitely is missing that extra layer that a subwoofer would give you. Don't get me wrong it’s not bad with just the soundbar’s bass, but pair this with a subwoofer and it will really be top of the line sound. Unfortunately though, the soundbar does not come with a sub and at this price point it’s a tough pill to swallow to shell out more money for the paired Ambeo wireless sub after you just spent a good amount on the soundbar (Not that I am not tempted because I know the pairing would be just that more amazing). It does have a dedicated sub out port so if you already have a sub you can hook it up fairly easy and the bar will recognize it. Second con is the HDMI inputs. The soundbar itself has 2 HDMI inputs and 1 HDMI 2.1 eARC input. Issue is the 2 HDMI inputs are not 2.1 so it can't pass through video at 120fps. Since I game and have an Xbox Series X, I want to take advantage of all the features it has and not being able to just plug it into the soundbar and it work fully was a bit of a letdown. It’s an easy enough fix, just plug the Xbox directly into the TV (that has a HDMI 2.1 input) and then use the audio bypass which will send the signal to the bar. Overall, I am very pleased with the Ambeo and I have no doubt I will be using it for many years to come and watching more movies.

Considerable upgrade from laptop camera and mic
on December 3, 2022
Posted by: dorkhead2
The quality of the mic is excellent. It does a good job removing or softening background noise while it captures my voice loudly and clearly. Both the camera and microphone are superior in quality compared to the camera and mics on my laptops. I am also able to clip it onto the side of my 32-inch curved gaming monitor. The monitor’s frame is thicker on top, so it couldn’t securely clip onto the top of the monitor. Curved gaming monitors are usually thicker, so the clip wasn’t designed for something this thick. However, for most monitor and laptop screens it should clip on just fine. I estimate that the clip can securely clip onto anything that is ¾ of an inch or smaller.
I tested the camera and mic during standard work meetings and during recorded gaming sessions I post to YouTube (see pics). OBS studio easily recognized it as “Go Mic Video” in the settings. And both the sound and video were clear and sharp during my recording sessions. Overall, it a solid microphone, and the built in camera is a convenient option when needed.
Pros
Mic and video combined in a compact size
Excellent mic quality
No drivers needed (plug and play)
Reduces background noise
Physical switch to change from cardioid (one direction vs omnidirectional)
Plosives indicator (led on the front of mic turns red)
Easy to clip onto laptops and thin monitors
Mic housing is made from metal not plastic
Good video quality
Full HD - 1080p image resolution (1,920 x 1,080)
Cons
Colors are average in the video
No physical on/off switch
No cover to block camera
May not clip onto monitors with thick frames
Clip is very strong and secure; it can pinch the screen if you don’t position it properly

Solid powerful charger from a reliable brand
on September 23, 2022
Posted by: dorkhead2
This charger does exactly what it’s designed to do: provide up to 100 watts of total power to charge phones, tablets, and laptops. Buying a charger with this much wattage allows you to utilize fast-charging features now commonly found on the latest phones. For example, a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra supports 45-watt charging, while a OnePlus 9 Pro charges up to 65 watts. This charger has enough power to fast charge the OnePlus 9 by itself at full speed, or it can charge both phones just under their fastest speeds. Regardless, it's going to be a lot faster than most of those individual chargers that used to come with our phones.
Another benefit of this 100W charger is its ability to charge laptops. Even if you have a power-hungry laptop, such as a gaming laptop, or a laptop with a large screen, this charger will charge it. It’s important to note that if you’re charging while heavily using the computer (when gaming for example), depending on the laptop’s wattage usage, the charger may only be able to maintain a charge, rather than bring the batter back up to 100%. And some laptops may not be able to run at full speed if it recognizes the charger provides less wattage then the one that came with the computer. Regardless, the laptops will still charge using this charger.
One more note, the charger uses a USB-C connection. The latest laptops can now be charged through one of its USB-C connections. USB-C connections and cables are only going to get more popular over the next few years. Any charger n

For those looking for the best in the latest television technologies, the U8H should be a top contender. The most exciting 2022 upgrade is Mini-LED. With Mini-LEDs that are 50x smaller than traditional LED lights, local dimming and contrast control reproduce incredible black and white levels within the same scene like never before in the series. The U8H is now compatible with the Wifi 6e router protocol. Streaming from the wide selection of Google TV apps is now easier and smoother when connected to a dedicated router channel that won’t be competing with other connected devices on the same router. For gamers, the U8H now comes equipped with Dolby Vision Gaming and FreeSync Premium Pro for enhanced gaming picture contrast and even smoother, tear-free motion. And lastly, the U8H now comes with a 2-year warranty and is available in a 75” screen size. 2021 was a huge year for the Hisense U8H series and with so many upgrades, 2022 looks to be just as promising.

Astonishing Blacks & Vibrant Colors, Extreme Value
on September 15, 2022
Posted by: dorkhead2
It’s hard to put into words how amazing this TV is. Its picture is absolutely stunning. Blacks are very close to OLED levels. Colors are vibrant and close to accurate out of the box. And total brightness levels are off the chart. I’ve had two previous Hisense models. So far, Hisense has delivered good quality TVs for affordable prices. However, with this model, Hisense has created an exceptional TV that far surpasses many of the main television brands, and for half the price. It’s truly that good.
What makes the TVs picture quality better than most LED TVs out today is its black levels. Blacks are truly black, meaning black areas on the screen are deep without a hint of blooming from lighter images on the screen. This is accomplished by 528 local dimming zones. My 2021 Hisense TV (65U7G) only had 90 dimming zones and that TV created a great picture. This TV is on a whole other level and is made for cinematic movie enthusiasts. Coupled with a peak brightness of 1500 plus nits, the colors, HDR especially, are vibrant and sharp. In fact, the image is so bright on this television, I find myself enabling the built-in automatic light sensor in order to tame the brightness of the backlight. I do this because I love to watch movies in rooms with very little light. Without lowing the backlight, it’s almost too bright for my eyes. However, if you use this TV in a very bright room, this TV is designed for this type of environment. And one more important note about this model. ALL screen sizes use a VA (vertical alignment) panel, including the 75 inch model. This has been confirmed by Hisense’s engineers themselves. Unfortunately, there has been some confusion even within Hisense’s customer service and marketing departments, and wrong information has been disseminated regarding the panel type. But Hisense’s upper management and engineers confirmed that all three sizes of the U8H models released in USA have VA panels. And after seeing the contrast and black level achieved on my 75” model, there is no way this is an IPS (in-plane switching) panel.
Regarding sound options, I’m extremely happy with the features on this model. The built-in 20 watt subwoofer creates a sound that is rich as well as deep. I however, connect my TV to my audio receiver. And it’s here that I’m extremely satisfied with the technology included on this television. Because it uses the latest eARC (enhance audio return channel) standard, it’s capable of sending a Dolby Atmos signal to my receiver. This feature has worked from the start and the signal has been reliable within many different apps (Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.).
Other technology built into this TV that is very useful is its gaming features. Because the unit comes with the HDMI 2.1 standard, I’m able to take advantage of the screen’s 120Hz refresh rate for gaming. The TV recognizes when a gaming console or computer is connected and automatically switches itself to gaming mode, which also includes Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), AMD’s Freesync Premium Pro technology, and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). The later keeps the input lag to a minimum. To enable these features, the Enhanced HDMI setting needs to be turned on in the menu settings. It also helps that this TV uses the latest wireless standard, 802.11 AX, or otherwise known as Wi-Fi 6. If you own a router that supports Wi-Fi 6, then gaming and streaming 4K HDR content is extremely fast. However, even without the latest standard, the TV is fully capable of streaming content using the AC standard (Wi-Fi 5). I tested the TV using two different routers with the different standards, and buffering was never an issue.
Not everything with this TV is perfect. Spec-wise, it’s limited to 8-bit color. It uses a technology called frame Rate Control (FRC) to simulate 10-bit color, and this limitation may be a concern to PC gamers. It’s really hard to tell the difference in color when watching TV, namely because FRC is doing its job. However, if a PC gamer is set on configuring their PC to output a game in 10-bit color, they will be limited to 8-bit. This is not a simple task to begin with, especially in Windows. So, I suspect this issue will affect a small number of users.
As with any TV, the larger it is, the heavier it gets. The 75” model weighs about 82 pounds. I like to setup my TVs on a pedestal stand with swivel capabilities. I definitely had to purchase a larger and stronger stand. The footprint of the stand’s base needed to be large enough to prevent tipping. And because this TV is heavy, I needed to find a pedestal rated for 100 pounds.
If you can’t tell already, I am a big fan of this TV. The picture quality is truly remarkable. I was hesitant going with the larger 75-inch model, but I’m so glad I did. Even at 12 feet away, the larger screen size was not overwhelming. Simple put, everything continued to look amazing, even with the larger screen size.
Again, it’s amazing how good this TV is, especially at this price point. It’s starting to make less sense to pay a premium to other brands when a TV this good is available at half the price.

Excellent Coverage & Speed, Reliable Network, Fast
on September 9, 2022
Posted by: dorkhead2
I’m upgrading from a very reliable Linksys Velop mesh network that is about 5 years old. I was hesitant to upgrade because the old network never had any issues. Coverage was excellent and wireless internet speeds were fast and stable. However, many of my devices now support WiFi-6 (AX standard) and I wanted to take advantage of the improved speed available with this technology. Getting the Atlas 6 bundle has proven to be an upgrade in speed. Some of my devices are reaching wireless speeds not capable with the old AC network (see example speed test pics).
Another comparison between my old router and the Atlas 6 is the number of bands it supports. Essentially, the number of radio signals being used to communicate wirelessly with each other. While my old router had 3 bands {tri-band), the Atlas 6 only has 2 (dual-bands). I was concerned that losing a band would result in less stability. But I have not noticed any issues there. The dual bands on this new router seem to handle the backhaul just fine, on top of the 50 plus devices I have connected to the network. To simulate heavy usage in my house, I started streaming multiple 4K movies, YouTube videos, wireless network gaming, and many sizable downloads across all my devices. Not once did the network bog down; movies continued to play without any buffering, and my games did not experience any lag.
I do want to mention the one snag I experienced while setting up the system for the first time. It was easy setting up the network and the 3 individual nodes. However, once everything was up, I initiated a firmware update within the app. In total, the process should have taken 10 to 15 minutes according to the app. One of the final steps is each node will reboot itself. The final step did not occur automatically in my case. After about a half hour, I ended up power cycling each node myself (unplugging the power cable, then plugging it back in). After everything rebooted, each node had successfully installed the update and was working fine. This was a small snag, but if you experience the same issue, it may be best to call Linksys’s tech support.
Overall, I am reaping the benefits of the new AX wireless standard while maintaining the same reliability as my old mesh network (even with 1 less band). It’s impressive.

Superb Mic & Sound, Comfortable, Quality Materials
on September 6, 2022
Posted by: dorkhead2
Logitech’s products are always well made. This headset is sturdy, comfortable, packed with options, and aesthetically pleasing. The material used, such as white leather earcups and a soft cushioned headband, give the headset a premium feel. I’m sure it’s made to fit all head sizes, but I have a small to medium sized head and it fits perfectly.
Things I like about this headset include good balanced sound. It has clear mids and highs, and good bass. It’s not the deepest bass, but it can be fined tuned using one of the audio presets provided or through the equalizer. During gaming, it can produce a wide sound field, which results in great directional sound. The same can be said about its ability to play game encoded with Dolby Atmos. For example, Forza Horizon 5 uses Dolby Atmos sound and accurate directional sound is very noticeable here too.
This headset has the ability to play two different sources of music at the same time. I’m not a big user of this feature, but I tested it out and it works very well. It’s a very unique feature that isn’t obvious how to setup. It was kind of frustrating not having any instructional material in the box. Evan after heading to Logitech’s support site for the G725, I couldn’t locate a manual or even a simple quick start guide in PDF form. All that exists is a FAQ section that provide information about the headset. I’m hoping at some point a standard manual is posted.
The cardioid microphone on this headset is very good. My voice is captured clearly, and it does a great job minimizing background noise. Also, I nor others I play with hear echoes. The mic itself is slightly bendable. It really doesn’t need to get right up to your mouth for it to capture your voice properly. Again, this is a sign of a fined tuned mic.
One downside is the distance. It’s supposed to be able to be functional to 66 feet using the USB wireless dongle, but it would begin to drop out about half that distance. I have other headsets that can hold its signal for longer distances. Still, when in range, the connection is extremely fast and excellent overall. I’ve never experienced any connection issues while gaming.
If this headset is within your budget and you like specific features about it, then it’s definitely a good option. The look and style can be very attractive. So, if you’re looking for this unique look, also know you’ll be getting a quality built headset with good sound and a lot of features.

Easy To Use, Fast, Creates Sheets of Cubes
on September 4, 2022
Posted by: dorkhead2
This unit can make a lot of ice in a short amount of time. After filling up the water reservoir and starting the process, it usually makes its first batch of ice in about 15 to 20 minutes. Afterwards, the following batches take less time, anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes. These times are based on the default ice size. After about 5 or 6 batches, the bin reaches max capacity, and the machine pauses the ice making process until the bin is emptied. One thing I noticed is that the machine does not power itself down after the bin is full. It waits for the bin to be emptied and replaced, then the process automatically continues. Also, the screen never fully turns off unless it is unplugged. It’s kind of like a coffee maker; the screen will remain on until the power cord is unplugged from the wall.
I really like how much ice is produced at once. However, the ice comes out as a sheet of cubes all connected in a 3 by 8 grid. Meaning it makes 24 cubes, but they’re all connected when it drops into the bin. In order to break them up into individual cubes, a hard object like a knife or pic will need to be used. It’s not hard to do this step, but unfortunately, it’s necessary if you want individual cubes. I even tried decreasing the cube size by reducing the amount of time necessary to make each sheet, but even then, I couldn’t get it to make individual cubes. For me this is not an issue. I simply dump the ice from the bin into a bowl and use a knife to break the sheet up.
I did notice that once the bin is full, the sheets hardly melt while sitting in the machine. For example, I’ll begin the ice making process before I go to bed. When I wake up the next morning, the sheets are all still there and have only melted a small amount. I find this very convenient because I don’t have to attend to it immediately after the bin gets full. Of course, this result can very depending on room temperature.
The unit is portable in the sense that it can be picked up and moved. I believe it weighs about 22 pounds. However, keep in mind of its footprint (14 by 10 inches) if you have limited counter space.
It’s nice that it’s self-cleaning. But unfortunately, the plastic plug used to drain the water is flimsy and hard to grip. It’s located under the machine and it’s difficult to pull out. I wish it was easier to drain the unit.
Overall, I am happy with this ice maker. After my refrigerator’s ice maker died a year ago, I’ve been buying ice at the grocery store. Now, I no longer need to. Also, this unit is very useful when I need to fill up my ice chest. I can run it the day before in order to get all the ice I need to fill it up. Again, I appreciate not needing to run to the store to buy bags of ice.

Powerful Gaming Laptop, Perfect Travel Size
on August 9, 2022

This is a premium quality laptop with a premium price. But I wouldn’t expect anything else from Alienware. Their machines are well designed, made from quality parts, aesthetically pleasing, and provide powerful performance. The combination 12th generation i9 processor and strong RTX 3060 graphics card provide a good balance of performance and battery life. In terms of gaming, the laptop is strong enough to play most current games using the High quality preset levels. At the High/Very High preset levels, you can get playable 60 plus fps (frames per second) for racing and RPG (roll playing games), and easily up to 120 plus fps for first-person shooters.
To achieve the strongest graphics and the best fps possible, you’ll need to run the laptop using the Full Speed thermal mode within Alienware’s Command Center software. Doing so allows the fans to run at maximum speed. I tested this laptop by playing one of the higher graphic intensive racing games available today, Forza Horizon 5. I was able to play using the Ultra graphics setting with ray tracing on high and was averaging 71 fps (see pics). To stress the system a little further, I connected the laptop to an external display via HDMI with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1400. With the same Ultra settings and ray tracing set to high, the laptop was easily averaging a playable 63 fps (see pics). When testing a first-person shooter, I choose Fortnite. The laptop easily achieved 120 fps under the Epic quality setting. Finally, I used Unigine’s Superposition benchmarking software to obtain baseline scores. The laptop performed well in the medium (104 fps) to high quality (75 fps) preset settings (see pics).
Overall, I’m satisfied with this laptop and would recommend it to someone looking for a travel size high quality laptop with strong gaming performance.
Pros
Dolby Atmos Vision and Sound
144Hz Display
Quiet fans
HDMI 2.1
144Hz display
G Sync
Full size keyboard
USB C charger
Cons
Only offered in 1080p screen resolution
All ports are on the back
Fixed memory of 16GB
Extremely sensitive touchpad, needs better palm detection
Note: If connecting to an external display, in order to use a DisplayPort connection, you may need a Thunderbolt 3/4 USB C to DisplayPort cable. An HDMI connection is another option, but DisplayPort provides a better gaming experience.

When Space is at a Premium, Strong Wireless, RGB!
on July 17, 2022

There are a few things that make this keyboard unique. The most important thing is its extremely small footprint. This might be one of just a handful of 60% sized keyboards that is wireless with gaming quality switches and RGB backlighting. There are many 65% and tenkeyless (TKL) models available, but if size is of the upmost importance, this model stands out. You’ll have to be willing to go without dedicated arrow keys, but all the functionality is still available with the use of a function key. Otherwise, it provides all the necessary keys for gamers without sacrificing key size and spacing. The fully customizable RGB lighting provides the extra aesthetic touch some gamers want in their gaming gear.
I really like how the switches are “hot swappable.” Meaning, you can use the included tool to pull out each key’s switch without unscrewing or desoldering them. There are so many switches available today that it’s a nice feature that allows for easy customization. An included pictures in this review shows how to use the tool, along with a removed switch and stabilizer. And I did notice that the stabilizer bar had some grease applied to it, which is nice for key stability, wear and tear, and some noise reduction. It’s not to the level of a full keyboard mod with trimmed stabilizers, copious amounts of grease, and bandages applied, but it’s better than nothing. So, kudos to Cosair for paying attention to the basics. I ultimately want to see if I can install low profile switches, but I’m not sure if they are fully compatible with this model. Otherwise, the underlying plate and printed circuit board can accommodate any Cherry MX brand switch with three pins. Five pin switches may also work as well, you’ll just need to trim two of the pins to allow the switch to sit properly on the board.
As far as areas of concern or improvement, I have noticed that many electronic products sold today do not include basic instructions, or even a user manual. Unfortunately, Cosair has followed that path too, at least with this product. I was in complete darkness trying to figure out many of the alternative key combinations that are used with the two function keys. Cosair does have some basic training videos available, but you’ll have to hunt for them online. At the very minimum, they should at least include a printout of the function key shortcuts (see pics) and a reference to the online manual. I did eventually discover a small QR code printed inside the box that led me to the support page. I wish I noticed that from the start. The same goes for the hot swappable switches. You are provided the tools to remove them, but no instructions or explanation on the process. While it may be true that many gamers may already know how to remove switches, Cosair could have done a better job communicating where their reference material is located.
Overall, it’s a good quality keyboard. It’s geared for someone looking for the smallest footprint possible for a gaming keyboard. It has many customizable features and options. The Cherry MX Speed (Silver) switches are sensitive and mostly smooth. It’s a solid gaming keyboard with impressive size and looks.

Sure, it’s great for Netflix, the big game and the real housewives of wherever. But the U7G is made for the gamers. It’s got our exclusive ULED technologies, 4K resolution, Quantum Dot Color, Dolby Vision HDR, Full Array Local Dimming zones and Android TV operating system. On top of all that, we added a 120Hz Native panel for smoother, more fluid motion and HDMI 2.1, Variable Refresh Rate and Auto Low Latency Mode for gaming. The U7G also has up to 1,000 nits peak brightness, which makes HDR ‘pop’ and means the picture is lit no matter how bright the room. All this looks great on paper. Now think how much better it would look on this TV.

Does this tv has Bluetooth to connect my sound bar wireless?

Yes. To add Bluetooth devices, you go to Settings, Remotes & Accessories.

Can you put more nvme ssd disks?, it should have capacity for 2 extras

Yes, it has two additional slots available. There's a third slot, but it doesn't appear to have a connection to the motherboard. But the other two are for additional nvme ssds.

Sony's intelligent noise-cancelling headphones with premium sound elevate your listening experience with the ability to personalize and control everything you hear. Get up to 30 hours of battery life with quick charging capabilities, enjoy an enhanced Smart Listening feature set, and carry conversations hands-free with speak-to-chat.

why is the mx3 the same price as the mx4 if there is no major changes?

There are a couple of major changes: 1) improved mic use while talking, and 2) a new Bluetooth Audio SoC (System on Chip) processor.for even better audio. Smaller changes include a new Speak to Chat feature and other noise cancelling pausing features.

With these upgrades, especially with this models ability to use all 5 mics to improve taking on the phone through these headphones, it just makes sense to purchase the new model instead of the older one. Also, they probably stopped making the older model, so these will become the only ones available soon.

If you own the previous model, that's a whole other question. It's up to you to decide if it's worth upgrading. But I think your question was about choosing between the two for a first time purchase.

Is the mic noise canceling or just the headphone speaker potion?

The 5 mics on these headphones are definitely a part of active noise cancelling system. They are all used in conjunction to measure the outside sound and filter it out, especially when you're talking. This year's model of these headphones (WH-1000XM4) greatly improve on the mics ability to hear and filter out sound compared to the WH-1000XM3 model. That's one of it's best improvement over the past model.

Can this be paired to my HTST-5000 Soundbar?

Usually, the soundbar will receive audio from a device, like from a phone or television. I'm not sure about if they will send out audio to another receiving device, like these headphones. However, many soundbars can connect to the TV's audio using the audio return channel (ARC) through the main HDMI cable. Maybe this particular soundbar can send that audio to wireless headphones, such as these, if it's using the ARC option, but I doubt it. It's probably something you'll have to call Sony about to double check.

Stream audio and video with this black Belkin USB-C to HDMI adapter and charger. The USB-C port connector delivers up to 60W for ultra-fast device charging, while the plug-and-play design offers hassle-free use. This Belkin USB-C to HDMI adapter and charger supports 4K resolution at 60Hz for transmitting clear, detailed visuals.

Is this compatible with the Nintendo Switch for charging and display output?

No, it is not compatible with the Nintendo Switch. I tested it on my Switch and the Switch wouldn't recognize it, so it didn't output any video to the TV. I wish it was compatible because that would have been awesome. But it was mainly designed for laptops, phones, and tablets, not the Switch.

Improve your confidence with the Upright GO posture trainer. The personalized program trains your body to notice when you're slouched, while the small, lightweight design makes it unnoticeable. This Upright GO posture trainer features an app on iOS and Android for real-time progress tracking and provides instant feedback once placed on your back.

How well does it stay on? If you work an outside labor job where you sweat a decent amount will it stay connected to your back?

It's not designed to be used during heavy physical activity that results in a lot of sweat. The instructions clearly state this. However, I did find that it stays on really well during light activity. The silicon adhesive seems to be really effective, especially when it's new or cleaned with soap and water. But if using during heavy activity, it will eventually fall off.

Boost your confidence with this Upright Go 2 posture trainer. Integrated sensors detect when you're slouching to help train your body for better posture in under 14 days. Use the device by itself or sync with the Upright app on Android or iOS. With a portable design, 30-hour battery life and easy-touch adhesive to keep it safely in place, this Upright Go 2 posture trainer is ideal for all-day wear.

Will this device help remind me to hold my shoulders back? Or would a brace be better?

If you're sitting or standing upright properly, but still have slumped shoulders, the device will probably not detect it. However, the instructions do mention that the device does not necessarily have to be placed at the direct center or your back. It didn't mention the possibility of placing it near your shoulders, but I believe it's sensitive enough to detect if they are not upright in the correct position. This is something you many want to ask the maker of the Upright Go directly. They may be able to give you better guidance on your question. It's a good one.
