Best Buy list this as model AZ1002. On Sharks website, it appears the AZ1002 comes with the TruePet upgrade. Best Buy does not list this upgrade. Can you please advise if this upgrade is included or if the model number is incorrect?

My shark ion r72 had 3 bars of charge, and then then turned off in the middle of cleaning after I hit the ‘’max” button. I tried to manually return it to the docking station as well as switching the “on /off” switch but no lights are showing on device.

I am getting this as a gift for my aunt. She has a flip phone. Would this work with computer assistance instead and without an "app"?

We would like to inform you that the app is for a smart phone or tablet. It will not work with a computer. You can also use the robot without the app by pressing the on-board buttons. With this being said, we recommend pairing the robot with the Shark App to receive regular updates to the robot and the app. This will ensure that the robot is maintaining optimal performance.
