We would like to inform you that this vacuum works great on most flooring types. It has 3 flooring settings; Hard Floor, Carpet/:ow Pile, and Thick Carpet/Area Rug. With this being said, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of the flooring to verify compatibility.

Why does my Shark ION 750 need access to my camera? Does it have a camera on it? Is it using the camera on my phone? I’ve had this vacuum for quite sometime and this is shocking that it has had access to my camera the entire time and I was unaware.

We would like to inform you that this model does not have a camera or require access to your camera on your phone.

Does it clean the edges on each side?

We would like to inform you that this vacuum is great for edge cleaning. For the tough to reach edged, this vacuum includes a 12" crevice tool that can connect to the end of the wand or the handle.

Does it have to be empiet daily? How difficult is it to clean the robot?

We recommend that you empty the dust bin for the robot after each cleaning run. The dust bin slides out of the robot when you press on the dust bin removal latch. While holding it over a trash receptacle, open the dust bin and empty the debris and dust into the trash.

Is the storage hook, featured on the product video, standard with purchase? i have the vacuum already, and do not have instructions on how to hook the handheld portion to the base.

We are happy to assist you with storing the handheld portion of the vacuum on the hook, located on the bottom front of the wand. After disconnecting the handheld portion from the wand, look at the right side of the handheld and you should see a slot that will fit on the hook at the bottom of the wand.

Will it go back to the dock before the battery runs down

We would like to infomr you that when the robot needs to be charged, it will automatically return to the dock to charge.

Keep getting the front bumper error message saying the front bumper is stuck. When I check it and clean everything I still keep getting the same message. THERE ISNT ANYTHING STUCK ON THE FRONT BUMPER!!!! What can cause this?
