This model has a self-cleaning brushroll. Does this mean that hair will not wrap around the brushroll?

We are glad to assist you with your inquiry. We would like to inform you that this unit does have a self-cleaning brushroll. If you see any hair wrapped around the brushroll, extending cleaning time will assist Zero-M technology in removing it for you. Use carpet mode on a bare floor surface, a low pile carpet, or a small area rug. Run the vacuum back and forth to allow hair to make its way to the dust cup.If some fibers remain wrapped around the brushroll after continued use, remove the brushroll garage lid by sliding both release buttons on top of the floor nozzle away from the brushrolls. Carefully remove any debris from the brushroll. Close the brushroll garage by inserting the 3 tabs on top of the lid into the 3 slots in the nozzle. Then push down firmly on both sides of the lid until it clicks securely into place.

Is it able to go under furniture, like a bed?

We are glad to assist you today. This unit allows you to remove the main body from the power head while maintaining the same power you have in upright mode. This is great for cleaning stairs, under furniture, and in other tight spaces.You just have to press the powered lift-away button to lift the main motor off the wand to clean under furnitures.

Hello is this vacuum the same as the Shark - Navigator CU561? I'm curious because this vacuum looks just like one I saw at Target for the same price. So, wondering what the difference is between models ZU561 and ZU562?
