Is this the same model as the S3601, if not, what is the difference of the two?

We would like to inform you that the Shark® Professional Electronic Steam Pocket® Mop, SE450, and the S3601 are from the same series. The difference between the 2 systems is the color and the items included with them. The SE450 includes the Rectangle Mop Head and 3 Pocket Pads. The S3601 includes the Rectangle Mop Head, Triangle Mop Head, 2 Pocket Pads, 1 Triangle Pad, and a Carpet Glider.

I have a combination floor surface: tile in the living area, an area rug in the living room, carpet in the bedrooms. Will it go smoothly between the various surfaces (and clean evenly) or will it only work on one level surface with any quality cleaning?

With this being said, the robot may struggle with some high-pile carpets. It it does, have issues with the area, use the included BotBoundary™ strips to block off the area.

How will I know if the irobot has finished cleaning a room if it just keeps on going until the battery runs out or I stop it? Rooms are different sizes and it takes different time to clean them

Just bought one about 4 months ago, the steam don't come out of the bottom, anymore , and I took very good care of it what could be the problems, it gets hot just won't release at the bottom model # s3202 lost my receipt or wood take back, won't buy no mo

Can I use liquid spray Shout or LAVA bar soap to presoak to get the pad clean when I wash it. It does not come clean with just detergent.

If I am cleaning a big area and the irobot will finish the battery, how will it finish cleaning the area? Will it go back to finish when it is charged ? And will it keep on cleaning the area that is not finished or will it start from the beginning?

With this being said, the brushrolls are very easy to clean. The floor nozzle has a lid that is removable to give you access to the brushrolls for cleaning.

What is the differnce between max cleaning and normal cleansing on i ion robot shark. And will the robot stop after cleaning one room if you close the door or will it just keep cleaning until you stop it or it finishes the battery?
