What can I do to lessen the suction power. Called customer service and they said something on end of hose. Don't have it. The model number is DV26.

where can you buy a filter

We would like to inform you that the filters for the Shark® DuoClean® Slim NV202 Bagless Upright Vacuum are washable. To wash the filters, rinse them under tap water and til the water runs clear. I charged the unit and programmed for one day, it did its cleaning but got stuck in an area and had to manually put it back in the charging station, now no lights come on and it won't start cleaning again. Looking for suggestions to try and reset.

How do I connect to a new WiFi Modem. Replaced my modem and can’t get it to recognize so I can connect it.

-Power the robot back on.

How do you get the roll brush out to clean

We would like to inform you that the brushroll on the Shark® Rotator® Professional Lift-Away® NV501 Bagless Upright Vacuum is not removable. To clean the brushroll, remove the floor nozzle form the main body of the vacuum, by pressing the Lift Away button. Turn the floor nozzle over and you will see 3 locking screws. These can be unlocked with a coin. Once unlocked, you can lift up the bottom plate for better access to the brushroll.

Tha roller will not turn and I need to get the bottom off to clear the roller. I don't know how it comes apart I bought this used and I don't have user manual for it.
