My robot appears to have not run for the past 3 weeks and the battery has to be dead by now. However, I can't find it anywhere? How am I supposed to charge it so I can find it or reconnect the WiFi?

can i rinse the dust cup with water?

When the LA502 vacuum is operating in upright mode with the surface switch set to "I" (hard floor), does the brushroll still spin? Is there any way to turn the brushroll off when in upright mode (e.g., for use on a delicate area rug)?

We would like to let you know that the brushroll spins in both the hard floor and carpet settings. However the brushroll spins at a slower speed in the hard floor setting.

How do you take vacuum apart to clean the brush

We would like to let you know to clean the brushroll you would first remove the floor nozzle from the wand. Turn the floor nozzle over so the brushroll is facing up, using a coin turn the 3 locks counterclockwise on the bottom and lift the access cover. This will give you better access to the brushroll to clean and hair or debris on or around it.
