When I tell it to clean with the app it always showed a list of rooms with whole home at top but lately when I press clean it just starts cleaning. How do I get it back to asking where to clean?

My robot has been working great for several months, however last night it just started beeping. The “Clean” light is blue and blinks whenever it beeps. It’s the same beep it makes if you turn it off then back on. It also will not run anymore. HELP!

My shark icon seems to only want to do one room! When I move her, she keeps trying to go back to the same room

Does this vacuum have a beater bar that can be removed or turned off? My carpet manufacturer recommends that I not use a beater bar with my new carpet.

We would like to let you know that the brushroll is not removeable from the nozzle. The Brushroll spins in all settings, however the brushroll spins at a slower speed in the hard floor setting.

i know there is a blue replacable filter, but there is a filter inside that i can not get to to clean?

We would like to let you know that you can use either a bottle brush or canned air to clean the other filter.
