Stream audio to a stereo system with this matte black Sonos Port. The audio line-in lets you connect CD players and record players, while the line-out supports RCA or digital connections for amplified audio equipment. This Sonos Port features easy-to-use controls so you can adjust volume, bass and treble, and the Ethernet port supports high-speed connections.
I have a muti-room wired stereo system. I want to add more rooms to my system. If I connect a line level from my system into the Port, can I stream my system to addition wireless (WiFi) speakers, without audible delay between the wired and WiFi speakers?
Hi and thank you for your question. Yes, you can stream music wirelessly to all of your Sonos products without audible delay. When it comes to the Sonos Port, you may need multple depending on the multi zone amp that you have. If you want to have different songs in different rooms then you would definitely need a Sonos Port of each zone. However, if you don't mind the same song playing all of the time, then in theory you could have one Port connected to the multi zone amp and then group it with your other Sonos speakers/products for in sync wireless audio. It's difficult to give specific advice on what you need based on not seeing/knowing what you have, but the short answer to your question is yes.

Hi, and thanks for your question! The Five simply connects with a 3.5mm line in connection. So it's incredibly easy. There are six speakers inside of the Sonos Five each powered by it's own incredibly efficient amplifier. We think it sounds incredible, and we think you'd agree. However, there are many scenarios that impact acoustics so we can't give you a definite answer. We think you should try it and find out :)

Is the Sonos speaker used to connect to a tv and is it easy to hook up. Do you need two or is one sufficient.
Hi, and thank you very much for asking this question. To plug into your tv, you would need one of our Home Theater products. (Arc, Amp, Beam) You could then us the One SL as audio in another room (either music, or group it with your Sonos Home Theater product and you can have your tv audio playing through it wirelessly in another room) or a pair of them can be added as surround sounds for a 5.0 (add Sub for 5.1) surround sound experience.

Can i connect my turntable through the port streaming to use the Sonos speakers?
Hi, and thank you for your question! Yes, the Port has analog stereo inputs on the back. If your turntable does not have a phono preamp built in, you will need to plug your turntable into that, and then that into your Sonos Port. Find out more information here:

Do Best Buy offer repair on sonos speakers. The power chord snapped from the unit.

Hi, and thank you for your question. Our products connect over wifi via our app. So you can use any IOS/Android device that is still supported by the manufacturer. With your iphone, you can even airplay to the One SL, once it's set up through our app if you prefer.

I have a Yamaha rx-a770 and want to hook up back surround speakers Wirelessly. Is the port able to be paired up with my receiver to only drive surround speakers?
Hi, and thank you for your question. No, Port is designed to turn your receiver into a Sonos streaming receiver. Brining the convenience of our app and wireless audio streaming to your receiver. Unfortunately, it does not give wireless capabilities to non-wireless speakers.
