You only partially answered my question. I have spent a lot of money for my ceiling speakers. I have a receiver driving those speakers that doesn't have ARC. If I buy a sonos ARC would those three speakers be compatible in terms of timing and sound?
Hi, Apologies, as We must not have understood your question. ARC will only work with your in ceiling speakers if they are surrounds. ARC is the front channels of your home theater system. So no, it will not work in conjunction with front in ceilings. However, If you'd like to use those in ceilings as rears, you can do so with the Sonos AMP powering them. There is no way to use a pair of in ceilings with ARC for the front channels in any way, shape, or form. We hope this answers your question.

I have two in ceiling wired speakers on either side of my TV. Will the Sonos Arc be compatible with those through my AV receiver or will there be competition and/or timing issues between the two audio channels?
Hi, and thank you for your question. The Sonos Arc would take the place of any other front speakers you have, and would leave no need for the receiver. If you'd like to use those speakers as part of a Sonos surround system, we would recommend the Sonos AMP, and getting rid of the receiver.

I have Sonos beam. When I use fire stick to stream, it’ll play for a few minutes then stop playing. Only does this with fire stick, works fine with tv/smart tv. Help!!

Hi, and thank you for your question. If the projector has audio out or is connected to a receiver, you could plug it into the Port's audio "in" ports. Then, if your Sonance speakers are powered by the Sonos AMP, you could group them together to play the tv audio. In this scenario, you may experience some audio delay however.

Previously asked if this will hook up with Alexa, but response did not answer the question. So, will this hook up with Alexa on which I play my Pandora song lists?

How do I stop the sound bar from turning on my tv by itself in the middle of the night or if I’m away from home? I’ve disabled the auto play feature and it still does it. Please advise
Hi, and thank you for your question. Turning on your tv is not a function that is built in to our products. The "auto play" feature just switches your Sonos soundbar to your tv's audio when your tv is turned on automatically, say if you had music playing and then turned your tv on. I would start by contacting your tv manufacturer to see if there is a known bug when a soundbar is plugged into HDMI. You can always call us as well for support at 1 800 680 2345. However, I would start with the tv manufacturer as this doesn't sound like a Sonos soundbar issue at first read.

what height is recommended for rear speakers?
Hi, and thank you for your question. There is no "ideal" height recommendation as it depends on the environment and you personal preference mostly. Generally ear level or above is a good starting point.
