This sound bar was refurbished by Sonos in the same manufacturing facilities that all of our products are built. It includes a 90 day manufacturer's warranty.

Will This pair with gen 1 playbar and subwoofer? I have a gen 1 playbar and subwoofer which works great for my living room setup and i don't want to upgrade to the arc and gen 3 subwoofer. Please let me know.
As long as you have upgraded your system to the new Sonos app (which the Playbar and Subwoofer are compatible with) then you would be able to add a Sonos Five to the system. The Sonos Five is not compatible with the Sonos S1 controller, but your products are compatible with the new Sonos app as well!

I have a Sonos Move I like it for what it is,a portable wi-fi speaker.However I would like a higher quality sound,as close to concert hall quality as I can get.Thinking of getting the 5.My question is will I notice any significan upgrade in sound quality
The Sonos Five is our flagship speaker and provides incredible sound for all of your content. You would hear an upgrade over the Sonos Move due to the 6 individually amplified drivers inside of the Sonos Five.

I have a pair of Sonos 1 generation 2, can I trade them in for the new Sonos 5 and get the 30 % discount ?
The only products that are eligible for Trade Up at this time are Connect, Connect:Amp, and Play:5 (Gen 1).

What are the dimensions between the 3 sets of mounting holes on this unit?
The three holes are designed to allow flexibility depending on the type of wall where Beam is being mounted. They are wide mounting holes to allow that flexibility so there is not a specific distance between the mounting holes due to variations in wall construction and mounting needs.

I have a Sonos Move,about 5 the months old. Can I trade it for the 5 and get the 30‰trade in ?
Unfortunately the Move is not eligible for trade up.

Would Move work with a wireless microphone?
The Move only uses its microphone on WiFi to control voice assistants. There is no input to connect a microphone to the Move. If the microphone connected as a Bluetooth source to the Move then it would play the sound from the microphone just like any other Bluetooth enabled speaker.

Can the Sonos-Five speakers be mounted inside a wall with the grill flush with the exterior of the wall without the wireless signal or sound being diminished? If not recommended with this speaker does Sonos have in wall mounted speakers to recommend?
The Sonos Five is designed to sit on a table or mount to a wall with a third party mount. There could be issues with wireless signal strength if the cabinet of the Five was enclosed in a wall, but that depends on the type of wall, the strength of the WiFi signal, etc. Sonos does sell in wall speakers developed in conjunction with Sonance that you can find on bestbuy.com. These passive speakers are designed to be used with the Sonos Amp and created to look great in a wall.

Does the sonos SL need to be combined with a sound bar or can it be hooked to a TV by itself?
The Sonos One SL needs a sound bar to group and play content from the television.
