I have a Vizio model SB3651-F6 sound bar and subwoofer are the Sonos speakers compatible with this unit as rear speakers?

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, you will not be able to use these speakers as rear speakers for any sound bar other than a Sonos sound bar.

When using Alexa must the sound bar be connected to the ARC tv connection or will the digital audio connection work also with Alexa ?

Thanks for your question! You will be able to utilize Alexa regardless of how the Beam is connected to the television. The ARC connection enables television controls through Alexa so if you use the included digital optical adapter you will NOT be able to control your television through voice but will be able to use every other supported Alexa command.

Is the Sanos Beam always on when your TV is turned on or is their a function letting you have the option to turn it on and off?

The Beam will go into standby mode when the television is turned off and it is not playing music. Once the Beam is connected to a television the only way to change how the television outputs sound would be done through the television's sound options.

For the sonos soundbar I read that it can only be set up with an IPhone, is that true?

Sonos products can be set up using either an Android or iOS device. In order to take advantage of Trueplay, our sound calibration process, you must use an iOS device. Our products will sound great without Trueplay but if you have the ability to use an iOS device to run this optional process they will sound even better!

Will these speakers work off the WiFi wirelessly or do they have to be wired? I have the Playbar and Sub already and would like to add these outdoor speakers.

These are passive outdoor speakers that require an amplifier to play any content. They are designed to work with the Sonos Amp which can detect that these speakers are connected (in the settings press Detect Architectural Speakers) and have unique sound settings to make them sound incredible outdoors. If you do not want to run speaker wires from an Amp for outdoor speakers like these, check out the Sonos Move which is weather resistant and designed to let you take your Sonos experience outside of your home from your back yard to a camping trip or day at the beach!

I purchased the sound bar and two speakers at Best Buy six months ago. The first time we moved the sound bar it stopped working. Can not reconnect. What do we do?

Factory resetting the sound bar would be a good first step and in order to do that you unplug it, hold the sync button, plug the sound bar back in, and continue holding the sync button until the light begins to flash amber or green. Then you can set the sound bar up just as you did initially. What is the wattage output of the beam v the play bar?

Thanks for your question! The Beam has five individually amplified speakers and the Playbar has nine. Both deliver exceptional sound quality but the Playbar will have more output due to the larger size and higher number of speakers built into the product.

I have a sonos sound bar and the volume will not stay. It will go up and down on all stations. What would be the cause of this?
