Can I replace my existing non Sonos subwoofer with this? I have no other Sonos in the system either.
Thank you for your question. The Sonos Sub Mini is only configurable with other Sonos products.

I'm sure i can connect the TV and DVD player to the sonos system but is there a separate connection for a CD player via optical output? Secondly, with this system, my amp w/5.1 speaker system becomes obsolete or is there any need for the amp?
Thank you for your question. The Sonos Arc connects to a TV using either an HDMI eARC/ARC connection or using the optical adapter. Your DVD player would connect to the TV and then that sound signal would be routed to the Sonos Arc. The DVD player would not connect directly to the Sonos Arc. The Sonos Arc would also not connect to a CD player as there is only one input on the soundbar which is the HDMI eARC/ARC port. For music playback the Sonos Arc using the home's wifi to stream music content. You are correct that the Sonos Arc would replace a third-party 5.1 amplifier and speakers.

Can speaker be paired to tv
Thanks for your question. It could be possible, using Bluetooth if the TV outputs via Bluetooth. With that being said, this product is not designed for TV sound, We would recommend products like Sonos Ray, Beam, or Arc.

Thank you for your question. The Sonos One or One SL does not connect directly wired or wirelessly to a traditional turntable. It could be wired to a Sonos Five. With that turntables Bluetooth output, you could connect it to a Sonos Roam or Sonos Move.

Can Sonos pair with my laptop for all audio?
Thanks for your question. Sonos speakers support Airplay 2 which can be connected to Apple computer and devices. The Sub Mini can be bonded to those speakers. Products like Sonos Roam and Sonos Move can be connected via Bluetooth from most modern laptops.

can you hang this from the bottom of a wall mount
Thank you for your question. With the proper equipment, this can be accomplished. The Sonos Arc wall mount is normally attached to a soundbar adapter that is made by some third-party suppliers.

I have the Beam soundbar and two Sonos One speakers in my living room. is this Sub Mini compatible to join the system I already have? Marcos

Does this package come with a wall mount kit? If not, which one should I purchase?
Thank you for your question. This product does not come with a mount in the box. Sonos does however sell a separate mount for Sonos Arc.

i'm upgrading my Sonos one to the arc for louder music. It's only for music but it's in a med sized FR/kitchen space (8ft ceilings). Adding sub for depth and bass– Will this sub make any difference in the space?
