Thank you for the question. The Sonos Arc will connect to a TV with an eARC or ARC HDMI connection. It will work wirelessly with other Sonos products depending on the model.

Will this speaker work with an older UHD model Samsung for TV volume. I hate adding yet another remote simply for sound volume.

Thank you so much for your question. I can't speak on a specific model, but any IR remote can be programed easily to control Sonos Ray, with the press of a single button during set up. Some Bluetooth remotes from TV companies may have a setting that can be adjusted within the TV settings to turn on IR functionality from the remote.

We have purchased a Sonus Bar and have it set up with our new Samsung 65”. Our cell phones now control the volume, but want to be able to control with our Spectrum remote or Samsung TV remote. Can we do this and how do we do it?

Great question! As long as the remote is IR (it probably is) its a breeze. In the app, go to settings -> system -> name of the room -> scroll down under Home Theater, you'll see the option for "remote control setup". - We'll walk you through it from there!

Wil the ARC integrate with a Samsung 5 Series N5200; and if so wired or wireless?

It can plug into any tv with eARC, ARC, or optical. Arc will be wired to the tv, and to the wall for power. Then, all of the sound to other Sonos speakers will be wireless. Including wireless surround sound.

Thank you for your question. Sonos Ray learns the IR remote that you're already using, which includes the one that comes in the TV if you're buying a new Tv.

I have a Hisense Roku TV, - will this Roam Unit work with this type of TV across the room, so that it's not necessary to turn the TV volume to maximum to be heard over the Air Conditioner ?

Thank you for your question. Roam is not designed to work with tv's alone. To play tv audio through Roam, you would first need one of our soundbars. Then, you can group Roam with our soundbar to play the same thing at the same time eg your Tv.
