Can Sonos Ray be controlled using the Vizio Voice Remote?
No. The Sonos Ray can only be controlled using your voice with our partners Alexa, and Google Assistant, as well as Sonos Voice Control with another Sonos product.

I bought two sets of Sonos in-ceiling speakers (4 total speakers). I am looking to install these as a hard wired option. Is having this amp necessary in order to do so? Does the amp act as the receiver?
Thank you for your question. Yes, these speakers are designed to work with our Amp. The Amp is what delivers power to the speakers and control. These speakers are designed to work best with our specific amplifier with a custom DSP, and the ability to Trueplay Tune.

How does the Ray compare to the Beam with regard to sound quality/
The Sonos Ray supports up to Dolby Digital 5.1, while Beam support Dolby Atmos.

Can this soundbar be attached to the bottom of a TV that is already mounted in an RV?
If the RV has wifi, then we don't see a reason why not.

can you connect a cd player to the beam with RCA cables?
You cannot. However you can use the Sonos Port to do this. Then, you can play that sound throughout your entire home via other Sonos speakers.

I get this occasional loud pulsating machine gun noise where I then have to disconnect the power and then turn it back on to make the noise stop. It has happened since I purchased this unit a few months ago. Is this fixable? Thanks.

When bluetoothing from my Iphone into the port will the port help increase the volume? I'm currently Bluetooth from phone into the Sonance 125 amp out to a 8 speaker Sonance garden series system and don't feel I'm getting good volume or bass?
Thanks for your question. The Sonos Port does not use Bluetooth. It will connect to your home's Wifi and stream content using Wifi from the internet or from your device. As for volume, The Port would have its own volume control, but your Sonance 125 amp does have individual control on the rear of the unit. You may want to check to see if that control is set to the proper level.

Does it work with Alexa Echo 10?
Thanks for your question. The Alexa Echo 10 would be able to discover the Sonos Ray as a controllable device. This would allow you to use voice commands to play music on the Ray.

How does Sonos ARC integrate with my existing receiver and surround sound speakers?
Hi Brad, Sonos Arc does not directly integrate to a receiver and surround sound speakers, rather it replaces them. If you intend to use the Arc in one room, and your surround sound in another, you can purchase a Sonos Port to connect to the receiver and both rooms can play the same music content.
